Cancellation Policy

All 1-hour online consultations are payable in advance at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that your fee can be transferred to another appointment. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are not refundable. If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
