Coming Soon: One Step at a Time Roadmap

You Have the Diagnosis - So Why Has Nothing Changed?

One Step at a Time is the Parent Roadmap for Teen ADHD: 32 bite-sized webinars, built from clinical psychology practice, so you always know the next right step - not another list of everything you should be doing.

ADHD Next Steps
You've Read the Books. You've Sat Through the Assessment. And You're Still Standing in the Kitchen at 8pm Wondering What You're Supposed to Do Differently.

Maybe the diagnosis explained a lot - and changed almost nothing about tonight. The homework fights. The mornings. The forgotten kit bag. The meltdown over something that looked small from the outside.

You've tried harder. You've read more. And you're still not sure which of the seventeen things you've read is the one that matters right now.

That's not a failure of effort. It's a structure problem, not a you problem.

You Don't Need to Fix Everything. You Need the Next Right Step.

One Step at a Time isn't a course to complete or a checklist to get through. It's a roadmap: short, clinically grounded webinars, each built around one real parenting problem, each offering one thing you can actually try.

Watch one. Try one step. Come back when you're ready for the next.

Built to Fit Into a Real Parent's Day

Each webinar runs five to ten minutes - long enough to say something useful, short enough to watch between the school run and dinner. Every one comes with an action sheet, so the one step doesn't get lost the moment the video ends.

  • Watch on your phone, in the car, or after everyone's finally asleep.

  • No sign-up commitment.

  • Nothing to complete in order, and nothing you're behind on.

Common Questions About the Video Series

"Do I have to watch the webinars in order?" No. Start wherever feels most useful. Nothing here is a course you can fall behind on.

"Will this calm my teenager down / fix things?" No single technique promises that, and we won't tell you it will. This is realistic, evidence-informed support: one workable step at a time, not a transformation in a webinar,

"What's an Expert Conversation?" A longer-form conversation with an invited specialist (for example, a psychiatrist or occupational therapist) on a topic the roadmap raises. It's general psychoeducation, not individual clinical or medical advice about your family.

"Is this a replacement for my teen's clinical care?" No. One Step at a Time is general psychoeducation and practical support for parents - it doesn't replace individual assessment, treatment, or advice from your teen's own clinical team.

"When can I access the content?" Join the priority list to get early information on the release date. Once purchased the content will be available immediately.

"Who's behind ADHD Next Steps?" ADHD Next Steps is created by Dr Pippa Moran, Clinical Psychologist, and is a trading name of Cornwall Clinical Psychology Limited. Questions? Email hello@adhdnextsteps.co.uk.

"Can I get a refund?" Because content is accessible immediately, change-of-mind refunds aren't available once access has begun. Your statutory rights remain fully in place if content is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described.

Built From the Clinic, Not the Internet

One Step at a Time is created by Dr Pippa Moran, Clinical Psychologist, and grounded in clinical work with ADHD teenagers and their families - not repackaged advice from wherever it can be found.

This roadmap takes its name from Dr Pippa Moran's book, One Step at a Time: A Parent's Roadmap from ADHD Diagnosis to Calm and Connection with Their Teen. Where the book takes you through the whole picture, these webinars meet you in the moment - short, focused videos for whatever's loudest right now, whether or not you've read it yet.
